The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship is open to any Canadian citizen or permanent resident who has completed at least two years of study in an accredited college that offers a degree program leading to a bachelor’s or master’s degree or its equivalent. Applicants must also have an overall average academic standing of at least 3.2 out of 4.0 on a scale from 1 (lowest) to 4 (highest).
