Health coverage – Apple provides health coverage for employees who are enrolled in an eligible employer-sponsored plan, including Apple Care Plans for all new Macs and iOS devices. Employees are eligible for up to 125% of the average annual premium cost for single coverage, up to 200% of the average annual premium cost for family coverage

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an internship at Apple, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • You must be between the ages of 17 and 28 on January 1, 2023.
  • You must have graduated from high school, earned a GED, or received an equivalency diploma (GED).
  • You must be enrolled in college or university full time (12 credit hours per semester). You may also be enrolled part time if you have earned 9-12 credits per semester and are working toward a degree or certificate program. If you are not enrolled full time, you must have completed at least 3 credits by December 31, 2020 (or the beginning of your internship date if that date falls before December 31).
  • You must not have been convicted of a felony involving violence against another person or property; drug offenses; other crimes that could endanger public safety; criminal sexual conduct; arson; terrorism; fraud; embezzlement; extortion; theft from an organization; computer hacking; bribery; robbery (except auto theft); burglary; rape and sexual assault

  1. University Degree(s) or equivalent:

Applicants must have completed a university degree or have equivalent qualifications. If you are currently enrolled in a university, you must show your transcript and successful completion of a course of study.

  1. Transcripts:

All documents submitted for consideration as part of the employment process will be subject to verification and may be subject to additional background checks as part of our standard hiring procedures and U.S. legal requirements, such as FD-1 (Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts), I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification), etc. Therefore, you should submit any documents related to these requirements with your application package or in an attachment if requested. All foreign transcripts must be translated into English by a licensed translator, notarized and authenticated by the issuing agency before submitting them with your application package or in an attachment if requested

  • A completed application form
  • Two recent, passport-style photographs with a white background (Sizes: 3″ x 2″ | 4″ x 3″)
  • Two references who have known you for at least one year. One reference should be from your current employer and the other should be from a previous employer or school.
  • A copy of your diploma or certificate of graduation from your college or university. If you do not have a diploma, we require an official transcript showing the courses taken and grades earned.
